GOOD TO KNOW

ARRIVAL & ENTRY
Madulain Lodge can be reached by car or public transport. To enter the lodge on the day of arrival, you will receive a code from us at 3pm for the key box in which you will find your key (badge). You can access the Wifi from the entrance door if you do not have cell phone data. 

BADGE
You will receive two badges per room (one is in the key box, one is in the room). Please leave both badges in your room at the end of your stay. A fee of CHF 50 per lost badge will be charged retrospectively.

BALCONY
Entering the balcony is at your own risk. Crossing the barrier is strictly prohibited. We accept no liability whatsoever.

BATHROOMS
There are showers and toilets in each wing. We ask you to leave the rooms clean for the next guests. There is one hairdryer per wing. Please put it back after use.

BATH TOWELS
Fresh bath towels are provided in the rooms.

CHECK-IN
The rooms are ready from 3 pm on the day of arrival. You can store your luggage earlier if required. Please give us a call, we can open the doors remotely.

CHECK-OUT
Check-out on the day of departure by 10 am at the latest. If necessary, you can leave your luggage in the ski locker or in the entrance area. Please also let us know before, so that we can discuss the best solution.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
There is a well-equipped kitchen at the Madulain Lodge, which all guests can use together. In La Punt (10 minutes on foot) you will find a Volg store and a bakery (currently on Albulastrasse, above the tracks). Please note that the stores have different opening hours depending on the season. Bigger supermarkets can be found in Zuoz or Samedan.

A small selection of food for a quick dinner, breakfast or snack is available on site (no fresh products).

You will find a small 24-hour self-service store at the Madulain River Ranch. The local businesses will be delighted if you shop locally!

FREE PUBLIC TRANSPORT

INTERNET/WiFi
Available throughout the accommodation. In the event of breakdowns, we will try to solve the problem as quickly as possible, but no price reduction can be claimed in the event of a breakdown.

KITCHEN
A shared, well-equipped kitchen is available to all guests. We ask you to leave it clean after use and to take perishable food with you when you check out.

PAYMENT
The total amount of your overnight stay is due before arrival. You can pay by credit card or TWINT. Cash payment on site is not possible, as we are not on site ourselves.

PARKING
Use the public parking spaces next to the lodge, towards the bridge out of the village. Vehicles parked at the top of the road or on the other side of the lodge may be towed away by the municipality of Madulain.

PEACE AT NIGHT
Please be quiet between 22:00 and 07:00. The other guests will thank you for it. Showering is also prohibited during this time, as is the use of the TV in the lounge.

SKI LOCKER
The entrance to the ski locker is on the ground floor at the front of the house by the parking spaces. The door can be unlocked with your room key.

SMOKING & CANDLES
Smoking and lighting candles is prohibited throughout the lodge.
